![]() Our Chef arrived soon after an started the cooking routine. There were several choices of cuts of steak in the menu and that is not common in many Japanese restaurants. We ordered from the Hibachi menu that included the usual Chicken, Shrimp or Steak selection or combinations of two choices. Some of us ordered Sushi and other appetizers, while others enjoyed there drinks while we waited for our Chef. ![]() The restaurant is BYOB, and we brought our own Wine and beer which they chilled and served. The 10 of us, with a small extension, fitted comfortably around the cooking grill. There are other tables for those that don't want the cooking show in front on them and take-out is available. They seated us almost immediately at one of the 4 Hibachi tables. there, we found a small but elegant establishment in a likewise small strip mall with plenty of parking. So we tried Naru, a new Franklin Lakes restaurant, and were given an immediate seating for a Hibachi Table. We tried to make an early Sunday reservation for 10 at our usual Hibachi restaurant but were told that they were booked till 9 pm.
